The first thing that you should do is to take a quick step back and appraise your life. For too long you have been looking from the inside out of your life, and you may not be able to spot the mistakes that you have been making, so you need to get yourself out of this perspective and look at the big picture. When you are able to look at the blueprint of your life, then you will be able to see what areas you need to strategise.

In this technique, you will focus on your breath to develop an unconscious connection so the positive feelings of relaxation, peace and well-being will be established within you and you'll be capable of retrieving these feeling whenever you wish. Do not rush this process or hold unrealistic expectations of fast results. It takes time to train your mind to exercise basic control of your thoughts before you can direct the mind toward specific intentions.

For most people the caption of this article “Work Less, Enjoy More” may seem to be misleading as they may perhaps be believing in “Work More, Enjoy Less” formula. To me, life is a beautiful gift of God so enjoy every moment of your life. Enjoy as much as you can.

Another point worth considering is that if you can get better pay and quick promotion by working less then why work more. Why deprive yourself of the opportunity of enjoying life.

We, the human beings are the best creature of God. God blessed us with a beautiful body, a powerful mind to think and act, and a soul loaded with spiritual powers. However, most people are unaware of their inherent spiritual powers and, therefore, concentrate more on accumulating wealth and material things. The more a person knows about spirituality the more he/she understands the real meaning of life and purpose.

How you can awake your spiritual powers is something that you need to learn and practice. I am giving below some practical ways to help you in achieving spiritual powers.

USA TODAY, recently ran a full-page article of Kerry Hannon's book Love Your Job. She rightfully quotes the latest stats that just 30% of the American workforce is engaged at work. She goes on to relay that most people either don't want to leave for another career or are simply putting in time to protect income and health insurance.

That's a fine kettle of fish! So if leaving is not in the cards and merely putting up with work to collect a paycheck are the only options, I conclude 70% of the workforce are doomed!!

Two singers may be singing the same song with the same musical arrangement and yet, one singer delivers the song with such feel and passion that get the teary eyed audience clapping away non stop whilst the other singer just belts out the song to a bored audience. Guess who will be the superstar and who will always be the mediocre singer? Why is this so?

Are you living your life in just a boring routine manner or living a full exciting, happy, lively and loving life, the way it should be lived. You can make your life more lively and lovely by making small changes in your routine life. It will cost you nothing but give you joy and happiness beyond imagination.

Don’t be too serious about life. Make it a point to smile, laugh and enjoy every moment of your life. Whatever your circumstances, you can live a happy and lively life if you concentrate more on the positive side of life and less on the negative side.

Your mind is a very powerful tool. The powers of the mind can create and destroy anything. Let’s start with proper breathing. The more air you breathe, the better your oxygen circulation will be. Oxygen is needed by both mind and body to function well. Deep breaths help people in both ways. First, it helps you calm down especially if you’re stressed out and two, it helps you to unwind for you to think better and clearer. If you feel tired, clear your mind first. Meditation helps a lot. Close your eyes and pay attention to your breathing.
